Who are BAM Paraplanning

BAM Paraplanning is owned by Beth Messenger. 

My journey in Financial Services started in 2013 in an Administration role. I began studying and started working as a junior/trainee paraplanner in 2017. 

Over time, and after gaining experience of the role, I started moving up from a junior paraplanner, to a paraplanner and then a senior paraplanner. But what was next... 

I always liked the idea of working for myself, to have both flexibility and control of my own time, but I wanted to continue doing the job which I grew to love. 

In 2023 I was made redundant from my employed role which was just the opportunity I needed. Not often do you have enough time (I am now unemployed so have lots of time) or enough money (I received redundancy pay)... and then suddenly with both, which is unlikely to happen again - came the 'go for it' moment, and the launch of BAM Paraplanning.

Why Outsource?
